These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Our ERP system provided by Our ERP ("Provider"). By accessing or using the ERP system, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the ERP system

• License: The Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ERP system for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription or license agreement.
• Ownership: The ERP system, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the sole property of the Provider or its licensors. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the ERP system.
• Use of the ERP System: You agree to use the ERP system in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not (a) sublicense, resell, or distribute the ERP system to any third party; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the ERP system; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the ERP system; (d) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed in or on the ERP system.
• Support and Maintenance: The Provider shall provide support and maintenance services for the ERP system in accordance with the terms of the support agreement, if applicable.
